It does not apply to physical goods purchased from third parties, media placement costs billed on your behalf, or services covered by a separate signed agreement that specifies different refund or cancellation terms.

Most of our services are bespoke and involve time, third‑party costs and creative work. Accordingly, fees paid for custom services, once work has commenced, are generally non‑refundable except as expressly provided in this policy or in a signed Service Agreement.

3. Cancellation before work begins

If you cancel a project prior to the commencement of work (i.e., before we begin production, purchase media or allocate significant resources), we will refund any advance payments made, less reasonable administrative costs and any non‑reimbursable third‑party fees that we have already incurred. The exact amount refunded will depend on the nature and timing of cancellation and will be communicated in writing.

5. Media spend and third‑party costs

When Dharm Advertising purchases media, supplies or services from third parties on your behalf, you agree that such third‑party costs are payable whether or not the campaign runs. Refunds for third‑party spend are subject to the third party’s own refund policy and our ability to recover funds. We will pass through any recovery to you, less any fees or costs we reasonably incur in securing that recovery.

6. Performance guarantees

Unless expressly stated in a Service Agreement, we do not provide guarantees of specific performance outcomes (for example, a guaranteed number of sales, leads, or impressions). Refunds will not be issued solely because a campaign or activity fails to meet specific performance targets, unless we have expressly promised such guarantees in writing and agreed the refund terms in advance.

7. Refund procedure

  2. We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 5 business days and begin a review.
  3. We may request documentation or evidence to support the refund claim.
  4. Following our review, we will inform you in writing of the decision and any amount to be refunded.
  5. If a refund is approved, we will process payment using the original payment method where possible, or by alternate means agreed with you, within 30 days of approval.

8. Disputed charges

If you dispute a charge, please contact us immediately so we can investigate. Do not initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us — chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services and additional fees to recover costs.
